    Hi, 

    Can anyone please help me out to find out the relevant courses I should attend to complete the following certification? 

    GENESYS CERTIFIED PUREENGAGE
    INBOUND SOLUTION 8 PRESALES

    GU certification guide, says, following courses are sufficient to pass this exam, GCPS PARTNER PORTAL TRAINING COURSES - PUREENGAGE INBOUND, CX ANALYTICS AND OMNICHANNEL DESKTOP TECHNICAL PRE-SALES (REQUIRES PASSING OF EXAM PLUS
    COMPLETION OF TRAINING MATERIAL. 

    Please confirm, Which path should i head to, and where can i get the practise questions ?

    The courses for the GCPS certification exam are available in Genesys partner portal under the Sales Training tile. Do you have access to the partner portal? Please let us know if you need help with the same.

    Hi Madhukar,

    Please note that passing the GCPS8-ISP exam is no longer a requirement for partners. Therefore, this exam is no longer available on the GU exam catalog. However, the learning plan to prepare for this exam is still available under Sales Training. These courses are offered by the Sales and Services University. The name of the learning plan is "GCPS Partner: PureEngage Inbound, CX Analytics, and Omnichannel Desktop Technical Pre-Sales".
