Hello,

The Core learning plan has four parts but not all of them have been updated. Collaborate and Communicate parts seems like have never been updated. Not sure about Architect. Contact Center Administration is marked as 2017, but there was really many changes in 2018.
Does anyone know is there a date of new trainings release? 
And what about exam questions? Do they correspond to learning plan, or current content of help.mypurecloud.com?

Hi Wojciech ,

We are in the process of developing brand new instructor-led trainings for PureCloud throughout 2019. There will be different learning paths for different roles. The free training that is currently available online is really a base level of knowledge. The instructor-led courses will have hands-on lab exercises to make sure students get a thorough understanding of each topic being covered and also ties up to the Genesys Certified Professional certification. 

We are working diligently to get them completed ASAP but, rest assured, we will send out all kinds of announcements once they are available!

you will still be able to take up the Genesys Certified Associate Exam (GCA) based on information from the Free training.  please find the  link as follows for the study guide of the GCA Exam.
