    Hi,

    I have  scheduled  my PC exam in 2 weeks and  I want  to  know  if  it  is  allowed  to  access  the purecloud  resourve  cernter  during  the  exam.

    Yes. I did the PCP exam in August and you are allowed to go to PureCloud Resource Center https://help.mypurecloud.com/ during the exam, to assist answer the questions.
    Note: The search function is very good, but pays to have a look around & get familiar with the site, prior to exam.

    Hi,

    I just passed the PCP exam this week, but I didn't know that was possible to use the PureCloud Resource Center, that would've been very nice, well for the next time I think. For the people next to present this exam I recommend to see the videos and complete the all the quizzes

    Genesys highly recommends that candidates seeking certification take the PureCloud Core Learning Plan self-paced training. Once you've completed the PureCloud Core Learning Plan, please utilize this study guide, before take the certification exam.
