    Hi,
    I am wondering where I can see my certifications. I did a Dialer cert before the merge between Genesys and Interactive Intelligence and in the old Interactive University I was able to see it, but now in the new site: http://admin.viewcentral.com/events/uploads/genesys/Home_NorthAmerica.htm I can't see that certification.
    Also sent email to training.northamerica@genesys.com and no answer yet.

    Your valid certifications will show up in our badging vendor's site www.youracclaim.com. You should have received badges for all your existing valid certifications by now. If you did not receive a badge, please check if your certifications are expired
