Genesys Engage, Workspace Desktop Edition:
The following new features were introduced in the WDE 8.5.139.06 release:

• You can configure Workspace to automatically set agent status to Not Ready or Not Ready with a Not Ready Reason when their workstation is locked.
• You can configure Workspace to automatically force the agent state to Not Ready when inactivity timeout occurs.
