    Hi All,

if i want to give any Genesys certification on my own , is it possible to appear for it ?
Or its always through partner? I individually cannot appear for any certification exams on my own?

    Thanks

    Ankush,

You do not need to be affiliated with any Partner or Customer to book an exam. Anyone can book an exam, pay for it and sit the exam.
Assuming you pass, you will get the same credentials as a Partner or Customer

    thanks

    Dear Nigel Maharaj,

I am also thought the same question for a long time. But now I got an answer from your response. I hope it will be applicable for all the Genesys certification exam or else only Genesys cloud exam. Please let me know I think it is useful for everyone.

    Hi @Santhakumar Munuswamy,

In an instance like this, starting a new discussion thread may be helpful because you have a new question. In the new post, it might be good to clarify which book/exam you are trying to locate.

    Thanks!
