Our team wanted to share the news of a handful of new Genesys Knowledge Network features that are now live…
- We enabled a Sign In drop-down feature. Now customers and partners can sign in without jumping to a separate sign in page.
- PureConnect's unified search is live! From a single search field, customers, partners, and employees can now search across PureConnect's documentation, community, and blog.
- Google Translate is enabled! Our users can now read GKN content in their language of preference.
- There's a new Featured Training card available on the PureEngage dashboard. As new PureEngage courses are updated/released, we will call attention to the latest here.
