         I'm a Sr. Engineer/Manager with over 13 years of IT ININ/Genesys Telephony Support/Implementation and Professional Training experience seeking new opportunities. My expertise is in Interactive Intelligence/Genesys (Pure Connect/Cloud/Engage).

        I'm ICCE 4.0 Certified and my     knowledge, education, reliability and hard work has always helped me build and support ININ/Genesys Phone systems with undeniable positive results.

    Matthew, long time we don't talk. My registered name is my actual name and the signature is my Nick name sort like (Matthew>Matt). I haven't been checked the Genesys page yet, but I will look into it. :)
