    As for 'Self Service' I am not sure what you are asking for.

    The Genesys PureEngage Cloud admin guide, which I assume you've seen is here: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/PSAAS/latest/Administrator/Welcome
    By Self Service though, I think your probably talking about designer, which is here: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/DES
    This is restricted and does require a login though.
