    Hi guys i am trying to make a successful push preview call and campaign is warranty expiration, all settings have been done, and when i try to load the campaign from GA, outbound call does come to agent but it says an internal oubound call and not from the list I assume otherwise it would have mentioned call from "abc". Please help with this

    Whenever the outbound call pops in IWS, there is only option of accept and not reject also, and when i accept it, it is not disposed off as there are no options to cancel the call in it

    Check your roles for IWS configured within GA. In other hand, try to increase log level of IWS.
