We are currently using version 8.1.3 and have experienced a few issues when time off is being granted when all of the available time off allowances are already fulfilled. We have shifts that cross over midnight so they essentially start in one day but end in another and we have noticed that it is happening mainly with those shifts. For example, an agent works 9pm-6am. If they request time off for the second part of their shift that actually occurs on the following day, they are getting approved for time off even though there are no available time off allowances for that time. Is it possible that the system doesn't recognize that it is another day?
