    Hi,

    I try unsuccessfully to route a call on line (DN) of a agent LOGOUT.  
    By doing this I hoped to fall on the voicemail DN. But the call is alive but somewhere. We hear "the slience" until the caller hangs up .

    (This is not an IRD functions "use" error )
    - If my agent is LOGIN its works.
    - If I choose a number (DN) that is not in the configuration manager its works.

    Do you have an idea....?

    Hello,

    try to more describe how your routing is designed (are you using the route block, troute function or what exactly?) What type of Voicemail is used? Your topic is very general and I am afraid this is not good place to solve it, recommend to ask your Genesys administrator to resolve it or open a service request with G-support.
