Hi,
I try unsuccessfully to route a call on line (DN) of a agent LOGOUT.
By doing this I hoped to fall on the voicemail DN. But the call is alive but somewhere. We hear "the slience" until the caller hangs up .
(This is not an IRD functions "use" error )
- If my agent is LOGIN its works.
- If I choose a number (DN) that is not in the configuration manager its works.
Do you have an idea....?
