  • 1.  Record block not recording in wav format

    Hi,

    In a Record block, I have selected Audio format: audio/wav; codec=alaw, instead it records the audio in .vox.

    I have composer 8.1.400.33, and the prompt management properties are wav for file type, and ulaw for encoding.

    Do i have to configure something else?

    configuration seems good. Could you post ORS logs covering executing of Record block?
