On WFM 8.5, as config Utility doesn't exist anymore, how can I export my historical data ?
In web supervisor we can just import data not export them.
It was very useful for training purposes. It becomes very long to copy historical data week by week from one activity to another over a long period.
Is there a simple way to export historical data from one activity to another over a long period? If someone has a track ...

I haven't tried this but I still see that Config Utility comes with the 8.5.2 installation.... I opened the other day too see whats in there and the export functions are still there ;-)

I'll hope you figure it out...

There's also the Contact Centre Perfomance report... Has more info than just IV/AHT but unlike config util you'll be able to select multiple Acitivies / MSA's to do it in one hit.

Also if you have the ETL db in your solution the performance data can be extracted there too.
