    Hi all,

    Is-it possible with WDE 8.5 to keep the email interation opened for the agent after forwarding the email?
    The cuurent behavior is: after forward, the window showing interaction is closed.

    Hi,

    not by default. Only through customization the interaction window or you can open a feature request for that.

    Hello, maybe you could use "interim send" instead of forward. Never tried it but you could change the destination email to where you want to forward it.
