    Hello, 

    in the calls of an agent when they are finished and then select a disposition code is not updated in the table, this can be remedied at the configuration level

    Try checking the record_processed option of OCS. Also, check if the Communication DN is configured properly

    the settings are correct, the problem occurs when the call is no longer active and they want to rate the call.
