       How to show what skill in realtime that an agent is on? And, how to do display it the pulse. Thanks in advance

    by "pulse" do you mean CCPulse or Pulse solution?

              I meant  Genesys Pulse (GAX plug-in application).

    I was able to do it by creating a stat on the stat server to get the queue DBID - then used this DBID in a formula in Pulse to display the string representation.
