    WFM812 - Calendar Limits. - Wizard
    Please could you confirm where the base number of agents for the calculation is derived from - is it number meeting the activity criteria  or how many scheduled - or possibility of both depending if schedules exist or not ?

    It is of all the agents scheduled, there can be no more than "X" agents out.   Same thing for percentage. It is a percentage of the agents scheduled.
