     we found when we externally forward emails from SHDR to our individual email box, the emails are not received by our individual email box. Could you kindly help on this? Thank

    Here is the error message in email server log:

    I did it as guided ,the value of IW_ExternalAgentAddress is a comma separated list of To addresses .But I have no idea about how to parsed the list in the Business Process.

    it worked for me using the strasciitok function and creating a loop for the forwarding.
