Hi All
We are planning to do upgrade of system from 8.1 to 8.5. Customer is uinsg Inbound with IVR , Outbound , Email and chat. Agents desktops are IWS.
So is there any document which cleealry mentions what are the new feature customer would get and steps to install it with thier pre-requisite.
Also what feature would not be available after we upgrade to 8.5
