I know about hardware sizing book but we would like to know if there are doc that show information about capacities load for Genesys componentes
Example:

How many interaction can route Universal Routing Server? Maximun routed without issues?

How many interaction can handle Inx Server?

Something like benchmark

Unfortunately, we do not have one guide for these load questions.  I suggest opening a case with Customer Care and ask questions on specific components you are interested in.  Customer Care can engage Engineering if needed.

Hi Saugort,

indeed there is a guide - Hardware sizing uide - however, it covers only certain components (SIP Server, GVP, ORS, iWD, GIM primarly).
