    Please can i get some advise on the following questions

    1. Which WFM Server can be set up to act as a Locator?
    2. Is there a limitation on the number of contract a user can create per site

    I don't know if you have looked at the documentation on the WFM product page, but there's information about the WFM Server Locator service on this page in the Workforce Management Administrator's Guide: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/WM/latest/Admin/LoadBal .

    Hi Michelle,

    There is no limit on contracts that can be built but do bear in mind the more information the builder has to refer to, it can affect the time for the builder to build and save the schedule.
