- Need to check on the routing part.
- IN Queue view, Needed for Entered and call waiting statistics for outbound VQ
- Default statistics were configured in stat server, And ccpulse connection is given,For inbound Queue, It is working fine.
(Need suggestions, Whether
Outbound Queue will get populated, When email is send out or waiting in the Queue).

Think we'll need a little more info before you'll get a meaningful answer, but things to check:
- Are you actually specifying the VQ in your target block within your routing?
- What statistic are you trying to view?
- How has that statistic been configured on the Stat Server used by CCPulse?
- Is that stat server correctly connected to the SIP/TServer the VQ is configured on?
- What notification method, frequency, time profile, filter and insensitivity has been specified in CCPulse?
