Looking for some other insights if we should a) enhance the WDE to use in an efficient and intelligent way handling of e mails (use case : segmented canned templates and outgoing address or based on a unique key to retrieve customer data based on the outgoing address ) b) ensure the handling as such in our CRM system where Genesys would only execute the sending. Who has done / what was the experience ?
