    Can I have RTP traffic on a dedicated interface while rest ie (genesys framework comm) on another?
    Can someone point me in the section option of MCP to review and play around with?

    Hi

     

    This is very much possible and recommended for high call volumes

    You would need to put the IP in the transport address across sections like sip , vrm etc

     

    Please ensure you have correct static routes so that the communication is happening properly through the designated interface.
