    Hello,
    I am faced with a strange case during an outbound call:
    Has anyone ever met this case? Or could anyone tell me what can cause this behavior?

    Hi,

    It is a long shot in the dark, but it seems that some call-related information is missing and T-Server doesn't have everything it needs to complete the dialing.

    The "RequestSetCallInfo" message will probably give you an idea what can be causing this behavior.
