    What are the Genesys  applications will be impacted if the password for the username "default" get changed.

    Hi Manoj,

    There are only very few applications using such configuration account details to connect with config server, Please raise a case with Genesys care to get list of all such applications that will be impacted, better share your environment specific application list with Genesys care to know if such type of application being used at your end.

    Some known applications are GIR (IRWS) and GWS (application.yaml), Mostly service accounts are used for these applications rather than using the default account as it will be a security concern (recently encrypted) and to avoid audit difficulties.
