Revert Calculation Performance Intra-Day

    ​​While we reverted the difference calculation for Contact Center Performance Report, we would like to know if the calculation can also be reverted in the Performance Intra-day module.

    So instead of seeing the difference Percentage value as Scheduled or Forecasted minus Actual, we would like to see displayed Actual minus Scheduled or Forecasted.

    Is this possible in options or is it hard coded?
