  • 1.  Data extraction from Call Dashboard in GA

    On our call dashboard in Genesys Administrator I have configured monitoring of our outbound IVR profile and the Media Server utilization.  I need to know where that data is coming from so that I can harvest it and place it on a custom dashboard, BlackChair.  Below is what I see in GA.

    Any ideas?

    Steven,

    That information should come from the Reporting Server attached to your MCP's/RM's.  I don't know the level of integration Blackchair provides for this sort of thing, but there may be a standard module already built for consumption of this type of data.
