I have the following cenarios:
1. make call to contact
We use teamcommunicator to select a contact and them make a call to one of the contact's phonenumber.
When the call is established we can create new interaction to the contact's emails and phonenumbers as can be seen below:
If we associate a new contact to the interaction the email and phonenumber list changes to reflect the new contact
2. make call to phonenumber
We use teamcommunicator to insert a phonenumber and them make a call.
When the call is established (and after released) all we can do is call the same number and not the contact's other phones or emails. This after WDE associates a contact to the call or we assign a contact ourself:
Question: Can we costumize the behaviour on 1 when we make a new call to a phonenumber or we receive a outbound call (same behaviour as 2)?
