    Deepti,

If your TSAPI service isn't starting, you should contact your Avaya support representative.  There is very likely logging that would explain why it is not starting, and they should be able to assist you.

    Deepti,

Can you please kindly reinstall your T-Server?  It appears as though you may be missing your CSTA 32 bit library file.

Are you seeing anything in the T-Server logs?

If you have no luck, open a case with Genesys support and ask them to do a live session to help you out.

Try starting the T-Server from the command line.

Capture the output, it may tell you more.

Sounds like you need to get an updated TSAPI client from Avaya.

Basically the current client is not compatible with your T-Server.

If that does not fix your issue, then you should open a case with Genesys support

Thanks a lot everyone. After upgrading the TSAPI client as per Tlink Version(AES version) , Tserver started.
