Kumar,
First, what version of GAX and Pulse are you using? In the 8.5.X versions, they are meant to run together, but if you're using Pulse 9.0.X, it's meant to be a separate application.
Second, what version of Java are you using?
Third, was this working previously or is this a new installation?

We are trying to deploy GAX pulse plugin but we see an error of jackson/JsonFactory. We even tried importing jar files w.r.t jackson but nothing seems to help start pulse right now. Can someone please suggest a way around this ?
