  • 1.  Is it possible to edit text of Auto Invite pop of Genesys Widgets

    Is it possible to edit and customize the text displayed in the Auto Invite of Genesys Widgets? See screenshot. Can we change the wording of "Need help?" or the wording of "Let us know if we can help out"? If so, where is this done?

    Hi Daniel,

    I'd suggest the easiest way would be to use the localization capability: Widgets Localization
    You'll find the two strings your referring in the webchat section

    Hi Daniel,

    Would strongly recommend not modifying the js directly.  In the case a new version of the widgets is deployed, someone needs to go and manually edit the .js again.
    Using the localization option should allow you to not have to do this with each option.
