    Could I know what is the path which IWS save the logs on every agent PC?

    Logs are by default stored in the users roaming path: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Genesys Telecommunication\InteractionWorkspace\log


    You can change the location by setting the log.Trace option to a new file path (assuming you have log.verbose = Trace)

    Hi,

    you can also check the log folder going to "About Workspace" window. Hover the mouse on the genesys logo and press Ctrl. You will get the following window where you can open the logs folder.
