Assuming your using the MCPs for call progress detection, I believe you should be able to configure the message detection as per here:
https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GVP/85/GDS/851-VoicePrint-funct01From there you should be able to move in to the appropriate treatment.

We have Dialer 8.5 and I want to know if its possible to detect when a customer's answering machine responds that its voicemail box is full. We would like to assign a status to that event so that we can try that number again at a later time.
