    Hi,

    The connection id in WDE is displayed in all capital letters  like 003BYH562DFY0CBC  but if I have to investigate / find the same in applications logs like SIP server or ORS, I have to always make it small letters like 003byh562dfy0cbc .

    Are there any ways I can change it in WDE view  to small letters as I have it in applications logs

    No, it is a WDE design and has no impact actually. 
    I had an issue with that when used ConnID with URS HTTP API, had to normalize it to lower case. 
    In your situation just do a non case match search. Most text editors have such feature
