First of all, thanks ahead for chiming in.
Our company needs a solution for call center & IVR fraud prevention and voice biometrics.
Right now we only identify/authenticate callers by social security number + PIN or ANI + date of birth.
Obviously it's not enough for a financial organization.
There have been discussions but we still don't know who's the best vendor
among PinDrop, TrustID, NICE and Nuance.
I guess they all have pluses and minuses.
PinDrop demonstrated their solution and below is what we found.
PinDrop hairpins the call and records personal information in the cloud - a security concern to us.
PinDrop charges $0.15/call for ALL good and fraud calls - very costly
