    how can i add campaign name in the SpeechMiner panel as Pic below ?is it possible?if yes how ?

    hi,
    Just configure ICON to capture that data in the xml file at the ICON dedicated instance installation path. 
    Then SM will be able to show it

    If your ICON for GIR is configured with respect to deployment guide, then all attached data would be populated into SM where you can add it as new column.

    If have the newer versions of ICON & GIR, pass the campaign Name as attached data in the call and it is automatically sent to SpeechMiner/GIR as Metadata. You wouldn't need any additional configurations.
