  • 1.  GIA Application URL Name Convention

    Can someone clarify what the application naming convention url should be for GIA? I cannot for the life of me find it in the documentation anywhere.
    All i can make out is that the URL consists of:

    http://vuihost:port/fish-gui/APPLICATION_NAME.jsp & gaptestsideid=<#>&gapistestcall=

    I get the 2 variable parameter but i cannot figure out what comes after the fish-gui part. I've seen references in documentation to fish-vui/ors/MultiModalContainer.jsp? as an example so i guess my question is where does that /ors/MultiModalContainer.jsp come from?

    Thanks Nihar, i also found it in the GIA doc - definitely looks like it's hardcoded depending your environment setup.  Appreciate the response.

    Can you please let me know if you were able to form the URL to be called from MCP?

    How do you define that URL in IVR-profile? Can you please paste the one you formed and used in IVR Profile?

    In IVR profile under "initial-page-url" I should directly give this : ?

    http://host:port/fish-vui/start/GenesysGVP8_GoogleSR_GoogleSS.jsp?testsiteid=237&istestcall=false 

    Also the VXML should be created in Composer or  GIA applications will be in VXML only ?
    Can you please paste a sample if any , it will help me to understand how to call these GIA applications from MCP.
