There are two clients (customers) - A and B.
I have a voice interaction with client A. During the conversation, I would like to be able to assign the client B to this interaction. I know, that I am able to do this by clicking Asign button in the Contact tab in WDE. However, I created my custom Asign button and I want this button to do the same. So, I want to be able to assign the client B to the current interaction, but in code - programmatically. I do have a ContactID of the B client, but I have no clue, how to assign this client to the current voice interaction.
Could you help me with that?
