Our environment is segmented into three different cities. One city hosts the datacenter with all Genesys On-Premisses solution servers, and the another two cities host call centers, with about 500 attendent positions using WDE in thin clients.
The emergency situation occurs when the datacenter site link is down. With this scenario, the agents can´t access WDE, and voice calls are routed by the carrier to a local SIP trunk.
We have a local SIP Server that registers extensions and receives these voice calls from carrier.
With this, we have randomly routed calls, and we would like to have some kind of login / logoff code on the devices, so that calls are not routed to empty attendent positions.
The devices are the Genesys / Audiocodes 420HD.

We have an voice emergency strategy route that's routing the calls to 30 active places in case of failures.
We need to know if is possible activate or deactivate the places to receive calls through one code, such as login / logout of the agent directly on the desk phone, because in some shifts the places aren´t used.
Note: The DND function is disable in every extension.
