May you please help me if there's any way to generate dynamic menu options and dynamic menu prompts depending on a variable with a list of prompts names or IDs.

Hi Wafaa,

It is possible. You could have your GVP Application querying GRS (Genesys Rules System), which would check the variables and, based on their values, you could determine what will be the next prompt that will be reproduced to the customer.

If you are using Routing to prompt the menus, in addition to use GRS, you could use Transactions Lists to determine the prompts that will be used according to the scenarios you might want, but doing it in GRS is much more manageable.

Hello there.

 I was trying to achieve the same thing.
if you are trying to just play announcements, you can create a loop,in your call flow and iterate trough an array. On the prompt configuration, you set it to variable and target the array element containing the current prompt. 

If if you need to do more complex things such as capture dtmf, you will probably have to manually write it in vxml or scxml using the script blocks in composer.

If its a dynamic menu but with a Finite set of possible options, you could use an Input Block to catch the DTMF and later a Branch to play the conditions based on the mentioned array and the chosen digit.
