    Hi all,

    The summer is here at the moment in the UK (rain, sun and wind, oh the joy) but as planners we are normally finalising winter #holidays for example Christmas Period. 

    How do you plan and schedule for these periods?
    What process do you follow and do you have an unique challenges that you would like to see if we can help with?

    I have had one customer who employed temporary staff just for the Christmas period, as they allowed all of their permanent staff to enjoy the time with their families and quite a high % of their staff traveled home outside of the city where the contact center was based to other islands.
