We are using Genesys widgets v9.0.009.06 and trying to use the Markdown text formatting in the List templates (Rich Messaging). We have tried to apply the Markdown text formatting as below and it does not work as expected.

    Rich messaging is only supported on messaging channels such as Facebook and Apple Business Chat that support rich messages.  Genesys chat, and thus Genesys Widgets, do not yet support rich messaging.

    My bad.  It seems that my original statement was incorrect and Widgets does now support rich messaging as documented in the deployment guide.

    When you use markdown in the vertical list, what is the output that you get in the widgets?  Does it render the text without the formatting?  Does it not render anything at all?

    I seems that Markup rendering is not working properly in Widget v9.0.009.06.  Please submit a ticket with Genesys Customer Care and engineering will get this fixed ASAP.
