  • 1.  VQ need to be created for the existing composer code

    Hi Team,

    Can you please help me to create a new VQ for the solution of introducing some reporting VQs into the callflows to allow the customer journey through the IVR.

    Let me know what all things i need to take for doing this.

    You configure VQs like any other DN in either GAX or GA.  GAX documentation is here.
    You can then reference the VQ in the targeting block in Composer/IRD.
