    Hi everybody.

    Can anybody tell me what licenses are needed to use Genesys Web Services (REST API)?
    Only ISDK_FACTORY & ISDK_QUEUE?

    Genesys Licensing is always best discussed with your Account Manager from my experience.
    When I've previously enquired we were looking simply to use Web Services and Applications as an API layer for provisioning tasks and were entitled to do so as we are licensed for the PSDK.  Building a customer agent desktop is licensed differently.

    There are no technical licenses for GWS at all, just the business one. Contact your Genesys representative to get more details as was suggested here before
