    Dears,

    Kindly, According to the document of <g class="gr_ gr_143 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="143" data-gr-id="143">Orcale</g> Advanced Inbound telephony, we have connected the jars and it works fine, we just need to fill this parameter in the attached photo ("testing integration").

    This will be the application with in the Genesys configuration environment that provides the API services that you are connecting to.
    So you already know your config server host and port.

    You need to log in via GAX or config manager to see what has been configured in your system.
    Look for Integration Server or interaction Server.

    Dear Andrew,

    I have know my config server host and port.

    But the application with in the Genesys configuration environment for Integration Server does not exist it is new requirment 

    I have done it with the photo attached, Could you please check it ?

    OCRM is IP & Port of Orcale Essuite is that right ?

    When I start the service it gives this error 

    Some errors happened during '' start/stop.
    Unable to connect to Local Control Agent. (Object 'OCRM_InteractionServertest').

    That is what I found in LCA Logs

    Yes you need to install the server side application.

    So presumably you will need the Interaction server installed in your system.

    Have a look at the documentation page.
