For the purposes of disaster recovery, two Genesys Info Mart instances could be set up to store data from the same set of ICONs. The configuration of the two Genesys Info Mart applications must be identical except for the host names and the DAPs for the connections to the Info Mart databases. Please see:

Can several GIM etls extract information from the same pool of ICONs? Both etls are extracting from the same DAPs, however in the second one there are data only from ICON_CFG, but not from ICON_VOICE.
ETLs are on the same versión 8.5.006.01
