He have just successfully launched Genesys WFM as part of a larger implementation in one of our markets. While configuring WFM we noticed a lot of manual effort and were advised to utilize the WFM API to automate some of the processes.
While we identified a couple of areas where this would be helpful (bulk uploading of Agent rank for shift/holiday bidding, adding start dates to Agents), I was wondering if anyone has some experience with the API, how it was used in other implementations or if anyone had any other great ideas to make the platform more efficient.
