    ​Hello again.

    I need to create multiple schedule state groups and have them include the same exception codes in each.  Ex, I want an absence SSG that includes LOA, but also want an SSG for absences that doesn't include LOA.  Can we have multiple SSG with the same codes in each?

    Hi Jammie,

    Sorry but a Schedule State can only belong to one Schedule State Group at any time.

    Assuming the requirement here is to be able to aggregate certain schedule states for various reporting requirements you may wish to investigate the possibility of deploying the ETL database if not done so already. A custom report could be built with relative ease to aggregate schedule states in as many ways as you care to define within your SQL query.
